I was delighted with my recent stay at a charming hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens. The views from the balcony were simply spectacular, making up for the slightly outdated room. The first-class restaurant offered excellent food and wine options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience. The location of the hotel, conveniently situated near the French/Spanish border, made it an ideal stopover on my journey. I highly recommend this tranquil hotel.

I was not at all happy to find that the room I was shown to was not the one shown on the website. We had to pay an extra 40€ to have the room we expected and we felt this was acasw of misrepresentation. That room was twice the size and very muchbetter quality thanthe one we were offered. The food was excellentbut the only fixedmenu was 42€ per head / pretty expensive but excellent quality. I think the room shown on your website should be the room at theprice we were quoted . We ended up paying 230€ for dinnerand the room without breakfast. We felt a little disappointed . The second night in Coimbra Portugal was exactly as expected. We will return to Les Jardins but expect to pay considerably more for the room.

This is a beautiful hotel located just between San Sebastian and Biarritz.Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. As a huge plus, hotel includes a great restaurant onsite called Bakea, need to make advance reservations. It is top quality french food. Also located nearby another fantastic Basque restaurant, Arroenia. This hotel is in the heart of Basque country and was one of the best we've stayed in. Highly recommended.

The hotel was lovely, however we feel we were misled over the menu for dinner. The waitress asked if we wanted the dinner which "comes with the room". To us that meant included in the room rate. However, on checking out we were astonished to find we had been charged around Euro 90 for the dinner on top of the rate for the room. Had we have known we would have chosen a la carte.

We feel the food was very expensive.

The restaurant as always was excellent. The position of the hotel is easy to find and just off the autoroute. Parking easy. The family management shows in care for the customer.

The hotel staff are excellent. The rooms are spotless and airy with bedrooms, a balcony overlooking the valley, as example. The service is great, includes safe parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and provided the perfect oasis of relaxation. The hotel is located in a small village just 5 minutes into the hills, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. It is also very close to the coast, making it a great location for enjoying the beach. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated on a stop driving from Spain to the U, making it a great choice for travelers.

This is my favourite hotel. I have stayed here for single nights in the past and stayed for a week this time. The de luxe rooms are beaytifully furnished and some have fantastic views over the foothills of the Pyranees and into Spain. This is a family-rum hotel and the proprietors, M and Mme Duval, are friendly and dedicated to making guests as comfortable as possible. Best of all is the food, which is exquisite classical French cuisine. The hotel has a beautiful garden, in which meals can be taken under trailed lime trees in clement weather. Go to this hotel; you will never regret it!
